Quality Control

Every home will begin with a personalized walk of your building site to determine where you would like your home located, and its orientation. Some building sites will have certain restrictions to where the home can be located, and others, such as our “acreage” properties, have very little restrictions.

Once the location is selected, our Engineering Company will perform a “Soil Test” inside the building envelope, and create a detailed report that determines what type of foundation design will be used, based on that particular soil type. The Engineer will then design the foundation, and the structural requirements for your home.

Our Licensed Engineer will then personally perform Inspections on the foundation and structure, such as footing and foundation wall rebar installation, perimeter drains and damproofing, to insure that his design recommendations are strictly adhered to in the construction process.

During the “building process” the city, county, or state Inspectors will be performing their “required inspections”, but WE will be inspecting the home every single day, to make sure that every process is being done correctly, and with pride to insure you the best quality home available.

At the completion of your home, we will perform a “new home orientation” with you to make sure that you understand every aspect of your new home, and that your new home has no defects when you move in.

A 12 month written warranty is included with every new home we build.

New Frontier Homes, Inc. is licensed and insured, including General Liability and Workmen Compensation. We require that all of our subcontractors are Insured so that the customer does not have to worry.
